The Vetus LGS gas / water separator has a dual function: it separates the injected raw cooling water from the exhaust gases and also functions as a gooseneck.
The separator reduces the exhaust noise by draining the cooling water below the waterline, thus preventing the splashing sound of the exhaust, particularly useful when fitted to a generator set which is left running at night.
The separator has 360º rotating hose connections for the exhaust system and a big bore drain for the cooling water.
Supplied with either a stainless steel (AISI 316) mounting bracket with synthetic straps; or a stainless steel (AISI 316) mounting bracket.
