Fuel filters

VETUS spin-on fuel filters use a patented fuel flow system which separates water and dirt before the fuel enters the filter element, preventing blockages and thus preventing the engine from potential harm. 

The fuel filters are available in capacities from 360 litres/hour to 800 litres/hour. All modern Vetus spin-on filters meet ABYC requirements (for installation in engine rooms) and have been tested to withstand a 2½ minute fire test. 

VETUS centrifugal filters are designed to have one filter always held in reserve and can be used with engines up to 5,000hp and capacities from 720 litres/hour to 3,600 litres/hour.
