Returns policy

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations, customers may return purchases up to 14 calendar days after delivery, without reason. The 14 days starts from the day after the day the goods are delivered.
A request for cancellation of contract should be made to us by email to mail@abcpm.co.uk or by telephone.
If possible, returns should be authorised before items are dispatched back to us and should be accompanied by a copy of the original paperwork clearly indicating those items being returned and the reason for their return.
Please note that under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations, the goods must be sent to us within 14 days of the date of cancellation.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that goods are returned to us securely packaged and arrive undamaged and in the same condition as sold.
We are not liable for any returned goods until they are received by us and therefore we advise using a tracked service with adequate protection against loss or damage.
Returns must be received in the condition in which they were supplied, with the original packaging as supplied. A repackaging or restocking fee may apply if the value of the goods has been diminished.
The customer will arrange for the return of the goods and cover the shipping cost unless the goods were supplied in error by us. The customer will be refunded the standard outwards carriage cost (only if the whole order is returned), but not the costs of any express delivery service unless the goods were supplied in error by us.

We will process refunds within 14 days of receipt of returned goods. Refunds will usually be by the same means as payment but we reserve the right to provide a refund by a different method if for any reason we are unable to process a refund by the original means.
Please note that refunds made via this website may take a a couple of days to process; and the card provider may have a minimum handling time, ie although we have processed the refund, it may take a couple of days to appear on the customer's card statement.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept for refund any items which are either made to order or cut to size, unless we supplied the goods in error. In particular this applies to hoses and similar items which are cut to length from a longer length.
These Terms do not affect your statutory rights.
