The Vetus Type 525 cooling water strainer is suitable for small and medium engines, with a recommended flow rate up to 205 litres per minute.
The strainer has a stainless steel housing and a transparent cover, which allows easy inspection of the filter; and a stainless steel strainer basket which is easily cleaned.
The FTR525 strainer can be installed above or below the waterline.
The filter is supplied without hose connectors, but BSP hose tails can be fitted, to enable different hose sizes to be catered for.
