Waste water control panel

The Vetus waste water control panel manages the on-board holding tank, giving an indication of the tank level contents and controlling the pump-out. It can operate manually or electronically.

The WWCP panel has an LED level sender, type WWSENSORA or SENSORA to give an LED indication of tank level: this is a smoothed indication, which will not register momentary differences in level caused by movement of the boat. Then the tank is full, the indicator LED will flash to indicate that the tank must be emptied. An external alarm may also be connected.

The panel also controls the waster water pump-out pump, with a security lock that prevents accidental activation, for example if the boat is in port. The pump can be operated in manual or automatic mode.

The panel can be connected to a remote electric ball valve to be opened before the pump is started. Once the tank is empty, the panel will sense this and switch off the pump.

In order to prevent the pump cycling on and off unnecessarily, the automatic pump-out will only activate when the tank is full.

It is also possible to connect the panel to a relay in the WC control circuit, to prevent the WC being flushed if the tank is empty.
