The Vetus Fuelsafe reduces the risk of fuel theft by making it impossible to insert a syphon hose through the filler hose.
Fuelsafe is an anti siphoning device which is installed into the fuel filler hose, where it sticks and acts to prevent a siphon hose from being pushed down into the fuel tank.
The Fuelsafe is designed to still allow normal refuelling.
It can be used with petrol or diesel fuel systems and in filler hoses with internal diameter of 38mm (1½") and 51 mm (2"). Preferably, the hose should be ridged inside to help prevent the Fuelsafe from moving.
