GRP stern thruster pod

The use of a stern thruster combined with a bow thruster will provide much improved manoeuvring within tight spaces, such as marinas, harbours or canal locks. 

The motor is installed inside the transom and the stern thruster pod is bolted outside the hull. Note that installation alongside a single sterndrive may not be possible as this occupies the space that the pod would usually be fitted into.

Stern thruster pods of 250mm and 300mm diameter are not usually stocked and as such, a lead time of 2-4 weeks will usually apply. Please contact us before ordering for availability information if your order is urgent.
