Windscreen wiper control panel
The Vetus WPANEL wiper control panels enables up to five wiper motors to run synchronously, at either high or low speed. Each wiper motor is individually switched, so it is possible to select which wipers are operational.
The panel has a combination switch for screen wash/wipe activation, speed selection and interval wipe delay: pressing the switch one way will start the wash/wipe function for all operational wiper; and pressing the switch the other way will select the wiper speed or one of five interval delays for all operational wipers.
The control panel is supplied complete with the following components: control unit, 5 wiper motor switches, 1 switch for wash/wipe and speed selection, 1 mounting plate with locations for 6 switches (including 2 blanking plates).
As an option, a rain sensor kit (type MARBO) can also be connected, with a further two rain sensors (type MARBO2) if required.
The panel is completely pre-wired. The control unit has electronic overload protection and can be DIN rail mounted. Note that the wiper motors to be connected must have 2 speeds and an automatic parking position.
