The Vetus Type 330M cooling water strainer is suitable for medium-sized engines, with a recommended flow rate up to 200 litres per minute.
The strainer has a heavy-duty NAVIDURIN® body and a metal cover which allows easy inspection of the filter; and a plastic strainer basket which is easily cleaned.
The FTR330M strainer should be installed approximately 15cm above the waterline, which will enable it to be cleaned without risk of water ingress.
An optional mounting bracket, MBSET05, can be ordered, which enables the water strainer to be installed clear of engine room insulation.
