The Vetus Type CWS cooling water strainer is suitable for small and medium engines, with a recommended flow rate up to 200 litres per minute.
The strainer has a nickel-plated bronze housing and a transparent cover, which allows easy inspection of the filter; and a stainless steel strainer element which is easily cleaned.
The CWS strainer can be installed above or below the waterline.
The filter is supplied without hose connectors, but BSP hose tails can be fitted, to enable different hose sizes to be catered for.
